Chai was sour for some reason, like unbearably sour. Most disgusting tea I’ve ever had. Wouldn’t feed it to my worst enemy.

Morning workers, especially lady at drive thru, are so rude. They lost my debit card in a matter of 3 seconds before, which i don’t understand how that happens, at all. They told me to calm down, but how can i calm down when they lost my debit card? Also, a person in front of me in the drive thru did not pay for their stuff, and when i went up to the window they tried telling me i was responsible for his payment. That is not my issue. i’ve never seen such a rude staff in my life. I pass this dunkin on my way to work so it’s most convenient to stop at, but they are terrible and rude.

Very RUDE and unprofessional here. Worst run Dunkin I have ever been to, who is running this operation? Discriminates against veterans on Veterans Day? Real crazy. Excitedly went to grab my free Dunkin donut and was denied! They were very disrespectful while I remained calm. Do not go here if you rely on good service.

They had a full staff during morning rush And they were all working. I felt like as soon as I was done ordering everything was ready. that's service. made me happy because I really hate lines and waiting.
