August 8 Oakville

Extremely disappointed. Especially for the price we paid I expected far superior quality. I ordered 2 of their torched white dragon. The fish wasn’t showing any signs of being torched but the rice were singed (I’ve had many torched rolls at other places). Also ordered the tenderloin steak entre. Was also over cooked, dry and tough to chew. We’ve eaten here before this was a very low standard experience. Absolutely not worth the price.

Great place, well worth the price! This is my favourite restaurant in Oakville. The food gets to you really fast, the service is excellent and the presentation of the food is really nice! The restaurant is clean and there's plenty of seating. I suggest making a reservation, however, as it fills up fast! Highly recommended.Dietary restrictions: Good for folks on the Keto diet, lots of meat and veggies on the menu!Parking: Lots of parking space.

Great place. The food came in small portions but u can order as much as you want. There were 9 of us and only 2 tablets to order from. Easier if there were more.Service was good. Nice atmosphere. They brought out a little cake for birthday girls

Such great food. Chicken sewers are savage. Legit place for fresh sushi. Only downside is long wait time and congested restaurant. But a must go to. My new Favourite!!!!!!!

I eat at August 8 all the time and have never had a worse experience here. The staff is super nice and the food tasted amazing. I tried their new chicken teriyaki bowl and it was delicious. It’s currently 4:55 in the morning and I’m throwing up. I have never had a reaction to anything else at August 8. I don’t even have a sensitive stomach. There is a good chance that I don’t go back to august 8 after this experience.
