Beccofino - Oakville

Went to have a mothers day dinner . one ethopian man served us, then cooked the dinner?? what!! then went to the LCBO for a booze run.. What happened?? Oakville is not the same now?? my 92yr old mother was sick as well. I had to go to the ER.. Check the halton public health site for this place. The waiter,cook just laughted it off, when I asked why he was the waiter and cook. He was the only one in the place???Stay away, this place should be closed down. does not work here, perhaps in some third world country.. sorry

We went with friends on a Friday night. The restaurant had only 2 couples as patrons. And, there was 1 person who was serving and cooking. !!!!!!! Was a bad choice in my opinion but my friends didn't want to leave for another restaurant. Service and food veery ordinary. Nothing special. I won't return.

This strategically placed restaurant should be a destination for all. A great menu, good food, excellent service at realistic prices. Black Tiger Shrimp with Linguini was excellent. So were the house wines. We will be back!

One host, one server, one chef - all the same person. Food average to good, prices good. Atmosphere somewhat dated. Manny, the owner, chef, host and server, was very nice and inviting but did spend a lot of time talking with us, somewhat interfering with our dinner. We were the only clients in the restaurant. Not sure if we would go back, but wish Manny the very best.

Beccofino Ristorante has some excellent pasta dishes including the smoked chicken fettucine, grilled black tiger shrimp and linguini, the penne primavera and the butternut squash ravioli. Guests will also find a variety of wine vintages available at this restaurant. This is the first time we tried this restaurant but it won't be the last. My girlfriend and I went to a late lunch here after shopping the Lakeshore. My girlfriend ordered the Grilled Black Tiger Shrimp with linguini and I had the Butternut squash ravioli. Both were hot, tender and delicious. The decor was upscale welcoming and the service very attentive.
