I ordered shawarma Biryani with a drink. It cost me total about 15$. The taste was good very closed to Pulao Biryani with lot if white sauce. Better to use less sauce and increase the portion size. Overall recommended for a good taste.

This place is a hidden gem! Their shawarma biryani is a MUST try. I’m not a fan of shawarma or desi food but I love going here every now and then!

Would not recommend coming here I ordered the shawarma poutine and asked for the garlic sauce on the side and I assumed the stuff would be on the side when I got home since the bag is not transparent. I get home and there’s nothing no sauce on the side or anything fries and chicken. I heard good things about this place so I drive 20 minutes to get there and 20 minutes back. When I came back to ask for a remake since my food is now cold they told me I should have come back earlier but it takes 40 minutes total? I ordered at 12 came back at 1:30? They were reluctant to remake my food and the person I was talking too was very rude trying his hardest to make up excuses to seem like I was in the wrong. All I wanted was garlic sauce on the side of my poutine as opposed to on top of it plus I didn’t even eat any of it before and still were trying to say I was wrong.Will not be coming back

We ordered a pickup 3 chicken wraps and 1beef. The guy , called himself John rushed us while we gave the order. We specifically asked for Side order of fried with 2 wraps and the other 2 to be spicy. Nothing was spicy, no side order of fries but there was 2 pieces of fries in the wraps. When we called to complain it was the so called ‘John ’ guy. He was extremely rude that we had to hung up the phone.We are regular customers since 2016 to Big grill and we have never experienced such bad service. We hope the management does something to improve this. Our order was pick up around 4pm on April 16, 2023 In response to your msg, the person serving on the phone did not take the correctly. We did give the proper order.

People may say that staff is rude, but its quite the opposite. The staff here are very nice and will fix your order of there was anything wrong. They have great food and amazing service. 10/10 everything
