Mario's Bbq Oakville

This restaurant is fantastic! The food is delicious, and the staff are really friendly—an excellent combination. I highly recommend it to everyone. Their takeout is also wonderful. The chicken sauce is exceptional. If you're in the mood for Portuguese cuisine, this is the place to go. They even serve sardines!

I don't usually post reviews, but I'm not sure what happened to this restaurant. We ordered a whole chicken dinner, and I picked it up at 11:30 am, expecting it to be fresh. Unfortunately, the chicken was extremely dry; I had a hard time pulling the dark meat off the bone. The potatoes lacked any flavor, while the rice was decent. I really hope this isn’t their new standard.

On Friday at 2 PM, no one answered the phone, and the voicemail hasn't been set up. Is this the correct number for this restaurant on Google?

Honestly I don't write reviews often but this review is well deserved. We chose Mario's to cater a lunch event at work and this is the best decision we have made. The chicken was fresh cooked to perfection and not at all dry. The potatoes were the best portugese potatoes I have ever had. And lastly the service was impeccable. The meals were ready on time and with complete accuracy. The pride in which the owners take with every meal shows in the quality of the food. Will I be a long time customer...definitely. They have also gained new customers as well. Truly the best family owned establishment I have visited in a long time. Thank you for everything you do.
