McDonald's - Oakville

Drive all the way here because it use to be and said online 24 hours but not.. Thanks for wasting my time, gas, money, enjoyment of a good meal. Other than that.. Great

We visited here once and will never return. The floors, tables and washroom are dirty. There is no manager there who takes responsibility to ensure that the place is cleaned regularly. The food was cold and the customer service is poor.

I went for dinner tonight because it had been a while and I was craving McDonald's. I ordered what I always order (quarter pounder with cheese, only ketchup, meal) and the employee serving asked me if I wanted each ingredient on it (even though I had said just ketchup). It was not very busy, but it took over five minutes for me to get my food, and when I brought it to the table, I checked as I always do, and there was no ketchup. Naturally, I brought it back and it took another few minutes for me to get a new one. It sat in the heat chute for a bit before another employee bagged it and left it on the counter for me. I didn't need it bagged, as I was eating it there, which is a waste of a bag. When I checked it again, there were only a few dots of ketchup. I didn't bother bringing it back again, as I knew my food would be cold by the end of it.On my way back to the table, I noticed how messy the dining room was. Trays were all over tables, and it had clearly not been cleaned in quite some time. In all of the other McDonald's restaurants I have been to, there has been a staff member designated to clean the dining room for their shift. Clearly not at this location. I was disappointed. The beverage station was also a mess. I didn't want to chance going into the bathrooms, so I waited until I went home. With an open kitchen format, like the one at this location, I could see that the staff were not too concerned about the orders and were doing them at a leisurely pace, which at a fast food restaurant should not happen. I have worked in fast food for over a year now, and over five minutes wait for things that should be quick! Heck, I would expect a wait if I ordered this meal at 9AM, not at 7PM. My partner also works at a McDonald's and I know that if he was that lazy in the kitchen, his manager would fire him.Not the standard of McDonald's that I am used to.

We keep going back even when they miss at least one item from our orders. Today we were given a bacon bagel egg sandwich that was completely inedible. The bagel was charred black and hard as a rock. Learned our lesson finally and will stop eating mcdonalds for a long while. Not worth going back to the restaurant once you get home with your order--shame on them for one big scamming business.

Ate my meal surrounded by dirty tables/Lazy staff /no boss around/garbage on the floor /ketchup dispenser out& warm..Safety violation gross!/ Shut em down for our health!
