Tim Hortons - Oakville

Pet peeve. I always order inside the store. Most times many cars go through drive-thru before I get my order taken. Clearly staff are directed to ignore in store customers for drive-thru. Staff ignore eye contactbecausethey are embarrassed. I sat down,infuriated, with no order, and wrote this review. Shame!!

Great food and service.The place was a mess with no clean tables.We had to clean our own table.

One of the busiest Tim Hortons in Oakville. Decent kitchen staff (food was always tasty), ample seating space, lots of parking, and a drive- thru window/facility.

It used to be great but has been on a steady decline since Covid. My orders are constantly messed up, and employees are extremely rude, And ignore me when I ask to correct my order after they have messed it up. I have literally been shooed off when in the drive-through while waiting for the second half of my order that they forgot!!! They didn’t even ask if everything was okay, the girl just looked back, saw I was there and shooed me off. Will not be back and will tell other not to go here.

My kid needs a cup of water. And the guy said they will charge me for that. I don’t understand. We are having our breakfast here. It is really non acceptable. We won’t come here anymore. And I will let my family and friends know about it. Tim doesn’t provide water for customer. They will charge for it! Bye bye.
