The Avenue Cafe - Oatley

Located in Oatley, this charming café exudes an old-world style. The food served here is modern and has a fresh and updated feel. The café itself is beautifully designed.

Charming decor and flavorful coffee, but it was served lukewarm. Although we were seated right away, the wait for our food was longer than expected.

Had a nice lunch here the fish was very nicely cooked and the pumpkin frittata was delicious. Coffee was very good. Found out on our way out restaurant is closing which will be a shame for the area.

We love The Avenue cafe and we used to come here all the time, most weekends, however stopped coming when our favourite breakfast changed. They stopped poaching eggs. Said they don't offer it. Even on Eggs Benedict!Seeing as we don't enjoy fried or scrambled we sadly end up going elsewhere in Oatley for our breakfast fix.

We've been to the avenue a couple of times and the food and service has been great! We'll be back ????
