Subway - Oberlin

Have tried ordering food from them on two occasions lately and even though they are supposed to be open they're closed. I placed an order via the app today at 11:15am. It went through, but the gate was closed when I went to pick it up. A delivery guy had to get one of the two staff to get my order that was just sitting there on the pickup shelf bc they weren't open (at 11:35am). Another guy came to place an order, but couldn't do so. That was the case for me two weeks ago as well, even though it was hours before closing. The first time I was told they had to bake more bread...if that's the case maybe they should inform customers with a sign or something so that people can wait a few minutes instead of losing out on money/customers or having to find somewhere else to go to grab a bite to eat during their lunch break. It's an inconvenience and seems like poor business...

May want to train better on what the basic sandwiches consist of. Ordered a cold cut combo guy only put bologna on it then charged me for the salami I ask to put on it. Make it make sense.

Was charged $10 and change for just a chicken wrap. Almost double what the online price says. And some of the veggies I got tasted frozen.

Not drive more than 10 miles and you guys where close

This Subway used to be a good one. Employees were standing around doing nothing. I asked for one there cheese pizzas, claimed to be out. Ordinarily I'd order something else, but since the employees weren't gonna take the time to make sure they were actually out, they didn't deserve my money.
