Das Maximilians - Oberstdorf

We stayed at the hotel for three days and have been allowed to enjoy the kitchen several times. Especially remembered is a 12-course gourmet menu that inspired us. The range of variants has set high demands on the senses mentioned, in particular the entire width of the flavor nerves. The composition of the corridors and their sequence was of great creativity and professionalism. The wines recommended by the Sommelier rounded off the high enjoyment. The service was appropriate to the high standard of the house (attentive, knowledgeable and discreet). Our expectations were exceeded. Also a detour is worth it and is worth its money by the palate joys!!

The food is really excellent, the service is very helpful, friendly and accommodating. I felt very comfortable. The furnishings are modern and beautiful. It is possible to choose between different gears which can be combined in a variety of ways. There are several small passages, which I always find very beautiful. It is a real taste experience, food skillfully set in scene with refined use of non- everyday food.

The southernmost star place (Guide Michelin) in Germany. Really excellent food and a super selected wine tasting from the extraordinarily friendly service ensure a completely successful overall experience. To this end, the prices for the top kitchen are really good. Go on!
