Cheryl's Cookies - Obetz

Ordered a cake to be delivered to my son. Ordered it one week in advance. The cake was not shipped when it was supposed to and I have been on the phone for an hour to figure out what happened. Follow up: After much confusion and being told that they could not deliver it unless I reordered it (and it would not arrive for several more days) it showed up at my son's address. The people I spoke to were nice and tried to help me.

I ordered Halloween cookies and paid to have them delivered a day before the party. The Order did not arrive until 3 days after and even then, it was only half the order which still has not arrived and wont until end of the week. So the cookies missed the party and the holiday. The cookies have been ordered an in transit for almost 2 weeks so of course the quality at this point isn't great. highly disappointed and won't be ordering from them again. Spent $110.00 on order because they missed the party and the month of October, they offered me a $15.00 credit on my next order. I said no thank you. Bad deal wouldn't order from them again.

Received a box of Cheryl 's cookies from a neighbor today. Upon opening the thank you box, I noticed that one of the packaged cookies had little flecks of black mold on it. Two other buttercream cookies frosting looked like discoloring on some of the frosting was starting. I went to the website to contact customer service. Because I didn 't order them and did not have a tracking number (since it was hand delivered to me by my neighbor), they were unable to help me with my moldy cookies. Basically the CSR said that there was nothing she could do since I did not have a tracking number and my neighbors name did not match any orders in the system. Understandably, my neighbor may have regifted these cookies to me, however the cookies should not have been moldy. At the very least, the company should have sent me a replacement box. But now I can 't even recommend the company to anyone. I would hate to send a box to a friend and have it be moldy. Thats pretty gross. Uploaded the cookies into the photos... you can see the mold.

Do not order these cookies for a gift! I had the smallest of errors on the address and was told that I made a mistake so the order was thrown away and I would not be given a refund and it would not be sent to out to the person. Why do we give the persons phone number if you aren't going to use it to try to deliver? Why would you throw them away if the package is never opened and you say they don't go bad? This makes no sense at all. They made one attempt, didn't call me or the recipient. What a scam! NEVER AGAIN!

Super good cookies when fresh. Awesome place to work if you need a job
