帯広のご当地ご飯といえば、言わずと知れた美珍楼の中華ちらし。14時までのラクトオーダーに間に合わずテイクアウトにしたら受け取った瞬間にズッシリとした重さ。開けてみたらご飯が2杯半はありそうで、男の人でも満足できる量。大きなプリプリの海老が4つ入っていたし、豚肉やエリンギがゴロゴロで、絶妙な卵のふわふわ加減とよく絡まって食が進む。中華なんだけど、卵丼のような和の優しい味もして本当絶妙な美味しさ。麺類も美味しいので次は是非店内で食べたい。
