Burger King - Ocala

The Burger King restaurants in this area are pretty good, but their hours seem to be random, making it difficult to know when they are open at night. Their hours change once the sun goes down, which can be frustrating for customers.

"After trying multiple fast food options over the past few days, I finally found what I was craving at this restaurant - the spicy chic'king. The food was delicious, although the restaurant could have been a bit cleaner. Overall, it was a typical fast food experience."

I waited in the drive-thru line for 10 minutes after placing my order. When I finally reached the window, I was told, "Sorry, we're closed." This happened on Sunday, March 20th at 2:00 PM. This location seems to always have some sort of issue. The management needs to be more involved, or perhaps there needs to be new management.

Not sure why the lobby is closed for customers. not everyone has a car for the drive thru. pandemic is over, companies want to work less and calculate the same. sm

Definitely one of the cleaner and friendliest Burger Kings I've ever dined in. Food is hot and good. And the last 3 months I've been there at least two dozen times. No complaints at all. Thank you everyone at Burger King.
