Checkers - Ocala

Pick up lunch for my mom who was at hospital with my dad. Food was great as usual. But I have to give a shout out to the young lady running the window and the only one other person who was cooking. It took alittle longer than normal but I didn't mind because she told everyone ordering that they were short handed. She was so nice once it got to the window and was happy to be working. I appreciate all her being upfront and hard work. I will go back to checkers rather than any other simply because of her and her co-worker. I prefer someone who is willing to speak to me rather than not. Thanks Checkers and Checkers employees on Silver Springs Blvd in Ocala Fl. 1 in my book and I will spread the word.

I ordered a chicken sandwich, but received one that was undercooked. Additionally, the burger I ordered was missing the meat patty entirely. The customer service was lacking as well; the staff were preoccupied with their phones and clearly unaware of the issues with our food. Unfortunately, my niece had already eaten half of the raw sandwich before we discovered it, and she ended up feeling unwell. This definitely needs to be addressed.

I'm ordering a classic sandwich, but it seems my chicken hasn't even been cooked. I've been waiting a long time, and my chicken sandwich is still raw.

At 12:00, I ordered two burger meals and some mozzarella sticks. It is now 12:48 and my order still hasn't been fulfilled. There are two women working, and both show a complete lack of respect for their customers. The service is terrible.

Very disappointing, my best n was soggy and the salad and tomatoes were rough. I also got a chicken basket over boiled chicken was dry and could not chew. I expected better because I always got good food, that was a first. Very disappointing
