Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Ocala

I absolutely adore Dairy Queen! Their food and service are consistently excellent. I appreciate that they cook everything to order, ensuring that it is always fresh. And don't even get me started on their ice cream - it is simply the best!

We were very disappointed with our experience at this restaurant. They were out of many items and did not make the blizzard correctly. They claimed that locals don't like it that way. The food we purchased did not taste good and was not up to the usual standards of Dairy Queen. It was the only option near the highway exit, but we regretted stopping. In the end, we ended up throwing it away.

In short, the staff at this restaurant was very rude and unaware that their voices could be heard through the window. I ultimately left my food at the pickup window and walked away. They were swearing and talking behind my back because I asked a simple question. It was clear that they had serious attitude problems - one employee even slammed the door in my face multiple times. It was evident that there was poor management at this establishment.

Good DQ. Clean, fast, ez in ez out, not much seating area (only on patio outside). Gets super busy at times. Burgers are decent. Fries good. Sundaes are good..decent quality ice cream. Some burgers are expensive here...the specialty ones. Expectto pay 14+ dollars for a burger meal. You can get the original one patty ones (small and burger/pickles/mustard/cheese) for halfthat.

We love our local DQ. The people who work there are so friendly and let us laugh every time we visit. Food was amazing as well
