Feedback gevenMcDonald's quality has really gone down. My wife, son, and I had McNuggets, a filet of fish, and quarter pounds. The nuggets looked thin and pathetic, the fish was dry and the buns were stale. For an American staple like McDonald's with a 70 plus year history you would think their quality would be better.
Have never been impressed by Red Robin and this visit didn't help, tables needed cleaned, food heavy at best lack of flavor not hot. My friends had root beer liquors that are smaller than they used to be that they no longer serve them in mugs.
The service has changed. It used to be Welcome to McDonalds, can I take your order Now use the kiosk and leave us alone. I just wanted a sandwich and frise. 15 steps via the kiosk, the order has been placed. Because I didn't use the ride, my order and I were ignored by the staff. My order came up on another monitor that they haven't checked. Finally after 12 minutes someone saw that I was there and started to make my simple order. I hate drive throughs, they make me rush. McDonalds hate counter service because a lot of people use it. Go somewhere else if you want service.
They were nice, despite staff shortages, but closed dining room earlier. With the ongoing situation it would be wise to just put it in writing on the door and save customers headaches because at the end of the day we are victims too
If your in a rush I wouldn't do it. They are slow!...but the food is fairly fresh when u get it
