I just want to give a shout out to Sarah, who delivered a large order out to a secluded house in Marion Oaks on Friday June 17th. I made the order online from a friends house, not realizing that when I told her to text or call me if she had troublefinding the place that I was unable to receive texts or calls. Around the 1 hour mark when I checked the order via tracker andit had been labeled delivered, I tried to call the store directly to find out what was going on because I had no food. Icouldn?t make the call from my cell (which is when I realized my phone wasn?t working in this remote location) and used myfriend?s phone to try and call the home location. After 10 minutes on hold and still no pizza, I tried contacting the chatcustomer service personnel who redirected me to contact the home location. So I called back and while on hold for an additional20 minutes, Sarah showed up with my order. She explained how she tried to contact me (which I received all my missed contactsfrom her once I drove back toward town later that night) and apologized for the lateness of the order, though it was absolutelyno fault of her own. I tried to call the home location back the following day to adjust her tip and sing her praises for herdedication and diligence (I get lost every single time I go to this friends house, even using GPS?I would have definitely goneback to the home location in frustration) but was again unable to get through. I imagine they?re short-staffed so I'm hopingthis message reaches the location and the ears and eyes of those who need to hear it. The food was great despite it taking along time to reach us and Sarah deserves a raise and definitely a bonus! Thank you again!
Some minutes too late. from now on I have not received my pizza yet, although I returned at 22:05 a.m., I should have had another pizza place.

Ordered one large 3 topping pizza, 1 brownies, 8 wings and a 2-liter of soda. Total with a $10+ tip was around $65! Not only is the price getting ridiculous but the delivery service is horrible!!! It took 1 hour and 20 minutes to arrive just to have the driver say he forgot the 2- liter at the store. The store is only about 8 minutes away from my house, the pizza arrived barely warm. Needless to say I’ll never order from papa John’s ever again.
