Feedback gevenI ordered through the drive-thru and this Taco Bell exceeded my expectations. They got our entire order right, which was a nice change from the experience I had a few weeks ago. I'm a big fan of the crunchy tacos, and my friend loves just about everything on the menu. Lol!
Both quesadillas arrived completely flattened because they were on the bottom of the bag, with everything piled on top. This caused them to stick to the wrappers, making it impossible to eat one side. There was barely any filling in them, which aligns with other reviews I've seen for this location. The Crunchwrap Supremes were mostly filled with vegetables, and the tortillas dominated the dish—there was hardly any meat and no flavor, and I didn't see any cheese in them at all. The soft tacos were decent, but the nacho chips were crushed and tasted stale. The nacho cheese was acceptable, but it's hard to mess that up. I tried reaching out to them before posting this, but I never received a response. Overall, the meal was definitely not worth the $24.
Ordered a combo made with black beans instead of the beef (I?m allergic to soy with Taco Bell has in their beef and the refried beans) and when i made it home, i checked to make sure they were black beans and they were the regular refried beans. So icalled, and no answer. The only positive is they remade my food with no issues. When i spoke to the store manager HE TRIED TOBLAME IT ON THE CASHIER. He said how the cashier rang it up incorrectly and he made it how she rang it up. It was rung upcorrectly (i am a past Taco Bell employee so i know how it?s supposed to look on the receipt) he just didn?t want to take theblame. Just say your sorry and don?t let it happen again. As a manager at another chain, i couldn?t even imagine trying to pinthe blame on someone else. He should be fired because he?s obviously not there to support his team.
If I could rate this place with a negative score, I certainly would. I'm extremely disappointed. This location has gone downhill over the past six months. The other day, when I arrived at the drive-thru window to pay, my food was ready—but that's not a good thing when the food is cold. Everything I received was cold and unappetizing, and I spent $25 on meals for my family and myself. I definitely won't be returning anytime soon.
Steak burito for $7 was terrible, threw one away and taco Supreme wasn't worth the bother either. Hadn't been there Ina long while and won't be back. Service was good. No wonder there was no line!
