Feedback gevenI went to this restaurant with my son based on his recommendation of having had a good experience there before. I ordered the crabcake sandwich, which was excellent. My son had wings and loaded fries that we all shared, and my other son had a burger. Everything was delicious. The only downside was that the service was a bit slow, but overall I would still give this restaurant a 4-star rating.
We stopped in for a snack between meals at this restaurant. Shanell was our server and was friendly, but when our nachos arrived cold, she was nowhere to be found. Another waitress stepped in and when we mentioned that the nachos were cold, she asked for more details. The cheese was cold and clumped together, indicating that the nachos had been sitting out for a while before being brought to us. We requested a fresh batch and after some delay, a new serving of nachos arrived warm. Despite the restaurant not being busy, it seemed like our initial order was neglected.
My wife and I decided to start with the crab cakes, which she ordered. They arrived quickly, but unfortunately were overly salty to the point of being inedible. We called the waitress to inquire about a replacement, but she had to consult with her manager. Surprisingly, the manager denied our request. This disappointing experience occurred at the Tropicana Casino on 11/20/2021 during dinner time.
In our vacation to oc nj while on board go my family and I came across chickie’s and pete’s famous crab fries and had to try them only. Of course I can see why they are famous and we were not disappointed, between the 4 of us we have released a whole bucket. the children and the woman loved the cheese sauce and after we ran out, refused to finish the bucket until I left and got more. my son and I also had the boneless wings, and I don't know what the deal was with these things, but my son, who usually complains about foods that are too sharp, they are cleared out without problems when I couldn't eat anymore. the people who worked there were really cool too and I enjoyed chatting with them about our vacation while I stood there, eating our fries waiting for my wife and daughter and being ready for our wings. Thanks for being great young.
This was by far one of the worst dining experiences I've had. The food was not good at all, the fried chicken was very salty and overcooked. The cocktail I ordered taste like what I'd imagine dirty dishwater to taste like. The dishes that I was given upon being seated were visibly dirty with crusty food on it. I had to have it sent back and another set board out.. And if that wasn't enough, don't even get me started on the service. When I entered I asked to be seated in front of a television that had the soccer game on. I was seated there, however, 70 minutes into the game just as it was almost ending another group walked in and asked for the channel to be changed to a football game that was on a TV behind us all. And to my surprise in the middle of the game that I was watching for nearly an hour, the channel was actually changed... When I told my waitress that I was still watching that she said she had no control over the TV, so I asked her if she could speak to the manager and have it changed back. She came back a few minutes later and said that she had spoken to someone but they couldn't change it either.. When the manager finally walked past me and I let the manager know what was going on, the manager told me I should have told my server.. This all transpired within 15 minutes, so that's when I decided I had enough of the TERRIBLE FOOD, THE TERRIBLE COCKTAILS AND THE OBVIOUSLY TERRIBLE SERVICE and I left. In summary I want to thank you for giving me the absolute worst dining experience I've ever had in my 40 years of life. This review will be going on Yelp, Google, Trip Advisor and anywhere else I can find to post about your terrible restaurant thank you very much!!
