Spain Wine - Ocean City

Absolutely fabulously! I enjoyed happy hour here during sunset and it was spectacular and then again for their special Thanksgiving bottomless tapas with drink specials which was magnificent. This place needs to be considered for a Michelin star as it's probably the best tapas I've ever had. This place has breathtaking views, amazing atmosphere, superior service with outstanding foodie bites and well crafted drinks. It's a must see while in the area even just for a drink with bite to take in the view. I know I'll definitely be back!

Absolutely amazing! We have been to Spain Wine Bar about 6 times and it keeps getting better! The food is truly authentic and equally (or more) tasty as anything we have had on our travels. The drinks are well thought out and the wine list is extensive and suggestions will be made to pair with your dinner. If you are planning to order a big dish, order 1st as the paella can take about 45 minutes, and it is totally worth it! Service has always been very professional and all of the waitstaff has been extremely knowledgeable about the menu. The sunsets are usually breathtaking, as is the ambiance. Be sure to get reservations early, because it will fill up during the summer months and get quite busy during the winter. My only issue is that it can become very loud and crowded during the peak, but hey, what tapas place that is decent doesn't get crowded and loud? Try it out, it has become one of my favorites.Vegetarian options: Veggie paella, lots of veggie tapas. I can't say it's vegan as they like the butter and cheese!Dietary restrictions: They will help cater to your restrictions and have something for everyone.Parking: A limited number of spots in the hotel parking lot. Be sure to use only thier spots or the hotel becomes irrate. We typically park elsewhere and walk in the summer. Not problem in the winter

First off this place was amazing!FOR THOSE CONFUSED: THE RESTURAUNT IS LOCATED IN CAMBRIA HOTEL ON FLOOR 8!I looked hard for a good dinner spot in ocean city that would impress and leave memories after I had proposed at ocean city. My now fiancé and I have both been to ocean city all our life and are now just finding out about this place.Price: 12/10 very reasonable, people can try and disagree with me but I’ve seen similar type of food priced at higher prices or prices that made no sense. For what you were given and the quality food you received, one would think it’d be a hefty price but it was just right. You can tell the owner of the place really cares about the food quality and overall experience where it doesn’t need to be enjoyed by the few select “rich”. His quote on top of the menu is just personal and special May God continue to bless your establishment. I hope the prices stay as is unless obviously inflation and certain economic situations arise.Food: 11/10 The flavors, attention to detail, and aroma were all on point. Not one dish we had was lacking. Every single dish was unique and flavorful.Service:11/10 the staff were pleasant and courteous. Attentive and ready even when it was busy! You have wonderful staff! Thank you to one of your staff members giving us a pumpkin pie cheesecake! It was delicious!To whoever complained about the wait time. Have you thought about when you put a reservation? Let’s just say this, it is definitely a little crammed but with the space given they used it efficiently. We were here on a sat evening…this is going to be the busiest night of the week… your bound to get a little behind when there are only so many tables you can insert in your Resturaunt. My reservation was at 730. I knew it was going to be busy etc. I was sat promptly at 8:05 not bad for how packed and lively this place was. If that bothers you then I’d like to say look at the time and peak times, and then how many table there are and how much hype it has. Plan accordingly. I did not mind the wait instead we got drinks and my fiancé were just enjoying the lively atmosphere.Atmosphere: 11/10 The atmosphere, music, setting was beautiful. The music was perfect. Whosoever playlist it was should be proud of it. Shame we couldn’t see the deck but it was cold and windy so not their fault. Common sense you ain’t going to open the rooftop and deck area.Drinks: 11/10 They all tasted great and seems like these bartenders knew what they were making and how to make it.My soon to be wife and I enjoyed the whole experience and she has stated that every time we are in ocean city we will and must eat here.We will be back to see the deck view when warmer and to try more of the food! Thank you for a great engagement dinner and a memory to have! We left with a good high and two food babies ?

We came to this place with our friends to have couple of drinks and enjoy beautiful sunset. Unfortunately, the service was horrible. Our server Ashley didn't care about us at all! She was hanging around her other table where people had a dinner... well... more money paid for dinner , more tips? She wasn't checking on us at all. I had a feeling that she forgot to give an order for our cocktails which took like half an hour to end up on our table. Other servers were helping us . So disappointed with the service. Desserts there taste so good. Cocktail my boyfriend had was horrible la playa gin+tonic).Overall place is beautiful, view is incredible ! Ashley should not be in customer service.

We worked with Ari, the event manager to host our wedding dinner at Spain. Ari was wonderful to work with and made our experience feel special and exactly how we wanted. We felt she was transparent and gave us great advice on how to set our menu based on feedback she had had from past parties. The day of our event it poured rain and we were set to be outside on the terrace. We were extremely impressed by their ability to accommodate our party of 35 guests within a half hour of our original time when they had a sold out restaurant of reservations that night. The table was beautifully set with the tea lights and small bud vases I had dropped off and our menus were at each setting. Despite how busy they were, the service was impeccable, no one's glass was ever empty and we had SO many compliments on the food. Every server had a smile on their faces and it made the experience that much better. This was at the very top of our budget, but worth every penny.
