Subway - Ocean City

Poor service. I placed online order and they didnt have what i ordered. They waited until we get there and wait in a line before they start working on the order again. They should have called before deciding not to work on the order.

Worst subway experience ever!! These workers live to take advantage of customers. After a long night out I was charged more than double the price and was refused a receipt once I realized what I was charged. Thankfully the payment was on credit and a dispute was put in place with a full refund was processed.

Just the other day, I had a nine-inch sandwich from Primo Hoagies for a similar price, and each half was far more delicious and satisfying than this entire Subway sandwich. Even a cheaper option from Wawa would have been a better choice. It's been years since I last ate at Subway because they never impressed me, and I thought I’d give them another chance. Unfortunately, this sandwich fell far below my expectations. It was advertised as being loaded with fresh vegetables, but based on my experience with the absence of red onions and my personal choice of veggies (none), the only thing this "fresh" melt was loaded with was disappointment and regret.

The tuna is consistently delicious! Plus, the chocolate chip cookies are among the finest I’ve ever had!

Overall, it was a disappointing experience. First, the staff member we interacted with struggled to communicate in English, which made it difficult to convey our order. They also didn’t have the bread we requested and were quite slow in their service. We kept hearing "Nooo" in response to our requests. When it came time to pay, she was unfamiliar with how to process a gift card and repeatedly stated that it was not working. Eventually, someone else came to assist, but the entire meal felt drawn out and frustrating. Additionally, the restrooms were in poor condition and appeared to have not been cleaned in weeks—port-a-potties would have been more hygienic. I won't be returning.
