Crispy Grill - Ocean Township

Wouldn't even give this place a 1 star, but I have to. First of all, the place is located right in front of the towns sewage authority so it absolutely smells like **** when you pull into the parking lot and walk out to the door. The food is absolutely disgusting. The meat tastes like it is rotten and has been sitting around for months. The portions and presentation is terrible. They absolutely fill the sandwich up with so much lettuce,etc that they barely have enough room to put the tiny bit of chicken that they put on the very top of the sand which so you can't even eat it out without the sandwich falling apart! STAY AWAY!!!

Funny thing happened to our order. We placed the order through GrubHub (note the full menu is not available through the GrubHub site) and asked for delivery in about an hour or so. Food did arrive during the time slot, but it was not very hot which makes me think it was sitting in the store for a while before the GrubHub driver was able to get there, and we received fries instead of onion rings. The onion rings were on receipt. Someone has to pay attention to the order itself as well as delivery times.

Yes, it was during the Superbowl that we ordered dinner, but that shouldn't be an excuse for bad service and bad food. The person taking the order over the phone at the restaurant was so distracted that it was difficult just to get their attention. They couldn't even get the name right for the pick-up. But maybe you can look past that considering it was the Superbowl. Fine, let's move on to the food. The order contained beef and lamb burgers and a chicken wrap. Both the beef and lamb were requested to be made medium and the chicken wrap to have a little dressing. What was actually provided was beef and lamb both well done to the point that the patties were burned black. If that's the norm, then it's a travesty to the meat and I truly hope that someone enjoys it, but for me it just wasn't what was ordered. Finally, the chicken wrap contained no dressing at all! It was just plain, dry, and, again, not what was ordered.

First and last time for delivery service! Delivery service was just fine, food(buffalo wings) was disgustingly and embarrassingly bad! First, the wings(3 orders) were all flats and no drums. Something they don't tell you about. They were the tiniest wings I've ever seen and they come with no dipping sauce on the side. No bleu cheese or ranch offered. Just a plastic container with some pickles, lettuce and diced tomatoes. Worst wings I've ever had in my life! So much for trying something new.

I ordered crispy grill twice and both times payed extra for a burger that was different than it said. Place even put ticket showing order was recorded right. Will not be going back again.
