An award losing performance, again. And for us, the last time we’ll darken this place’s doorstep. After ordering at the in store kiosk, for an “Eat Here” order, it took a full 35 minutes for the order to be ready for two people. This is probably a recurring theme here since the dining room was mostly empty (from 5:00 to 6:00p. on Monday) and absolutely no customers walked in for the hour we were there.

If I could give this place a 0 I would. Just ordered through the app went I. To pick up. The. At was all sealed I asked the manager if it was all there she is like yes it’s all there I get home to see that I am missing 3 burritos and the sauces. I called the woman that answered said she was sorry she had a new staff. I asked for a refund for what I did not get abs she told me she couldn’t do refunds. I asked to speak with the manager of course she was the manager… if u are picking up check before u leave!

They did not give me all the food i ordered and won’t answer my calls for a refund or to get my food.
