Mia - OCEANPORT

This is a small low key hidden gem that we have now visited twice. Four stars for very good food and absolutely delicious bread! All chicken dishes we have tried have been great! But I'd like to mention the decor as a negative. Weird cheap fluorescent lighting as well as strings of lights all around, tacky fake flowers, and an oddly placed bar (in a BYOB) that seems to just collect junk on it. If the owners would clean up the design and make this more sophisticated it has so much potential.

They were out of two or three types of pasta on a Friday night !? and made an incorrect recommendation. No biggie. When I picked it up two mains the bill was $60 for what you see in the picture . It came with some plain bread. Food was all bland, even the fra Diablo. When I picked up I saw that dining in is basically people sitting in a room with bright white lighting like in a garage ... A great place to visit with family or friends! They will always be delicious and hearty, the cuisine is just great, the staff is very polite. Very clean and cozy! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30

I had no idea there was such a hidden gem so close to me! Mia is a casual BYOB Italian restaurant located in Oceanport. The food is absolutely delicious, and the service is warm and attentive. I had the Veal Saltimbocca, and it was fantastic. I highly recommend checking out Mia!
