El Pollo Loco - Oceanside

Pollo Loco should go. It was warm and delicious. The crowd was small and so were the sides. The Mac cheese is good and very creamy. Tortillas are very soft and flexible.

10 bucks Burrito, so small. The staff is amazing. The feed portion sizing does not make any sense. Go over the road to the Taco shop. Double the size. Double the size. I'm really sad how small this Burrito is. It's not even the meal. 6 inches long. She said that.

Horrible experience the restrooms are extremely dirty. No toilet paper. Dinning room dirty unkept. This restaurant really needs attention b/c it's in bad condition from service to cleanliness. I ordered just to see what I would get and i wasn't surprised in the least i overheard the staff dreading to have to clean when closing. They were out of cabbage cheese only had a enough ingredients for 5 burritos. Unacceptable in all ways. T hi is restaurant is across the street from a High School and most of the employees look pretty young so I really dont think they care about this location besides the fact that it's almost across the street of what is know as the hood.

Love the food here. Great taste, good prices. New product: birria! Try the Tacos! I love the $5 original pollen bowl combo, comes with chips or tortillas and a drink, for just $5! Great!

The staff are very polite here and they are very hard workers. Every time I come here I feel a warm welcome. I have seen many smiles each time I walk into this restaurant. The manager seems very friendly as well. The bathroom does need extra cleaning and it needs to be maintained. It is awful and very bad. I can understand how busy the workers are and why they probably don't have the time to clean it but they do need to make the time to do so. They need to take Health precautions when doing it because it is awful in the bathrooms and it is not safe the way people are very dirty from the outside. People should learn to take care of their Community better! Shame on you who just walk in there to use a fast food freely and don't keep it maintained for the workers and other people who are clean like myself! You dirty people! You Know Who You Are! You just don't care! Shame on you! Workers or employees, maybe you should start giving them tokens or keys since they don't know how to help you keep it clean. You are too nice keep up the good work.
