Jersey Mike's Subs - Oceanside

Jersey Mike's app ordered the food. The first time after ordering everything the app has frozen in the payment area. had to start from the start and reorder everything again. This time it worked; so I thought. Sandwiches were ready in 13 minutes. Open the bag and I didn't order it. Eat half of our sandwiches and I took the rest back to the restaurant. Spoke with the manager and showed him my receipt, and with delay he told me to get two new sandwiches. I was very happy with his answer and this time the food was prepared as I wanted. There was a problem with the app that was the first time ever happened. I got two new sandwiches and was on my way in 20 minutes. Five stars for customer service and satisfaction. I was a little worried about how it would play, but Jersey Mike was the best. They appreciate the customer and that was obvious with the kindness and professionalism show me this day. As for food, it was excellent and prepared for my pleasure.

Love the original Italian sub. I have to ask for extra juice! The juice is great! Buy well, get a free voucher in the purchase you will get a free book that comes in the mail.

The staff here is the most friendly staff! I was in many Jersey Mikes, but they fill your sandwich. We ate outside, and the guy who works outside even cleaned our table. Thank you for a great visit!

Once again I find myself back at Jersey Mikes for the sheer fact there sando’s are always tasty, From start to finish one of there employees specifically “OTTO” crushed it on every aspect of customer service plus this is one of the best ones I’ve had over there!! Dude needs a raise 100% I appreciate you guys keep putting quality food out, this is a Jersey Mikes Honey Hole #1 in North County!!!
