Starbucks - Oceanside

The restaurant is somewhat unclean and they forgot to add whipped cream to my order. However, overall it is an okay place.

Since the new location opened, I am excited about the drive thru service. I have been frequenting this Starbucks both inside and using the drive thru since the Grand Opening. The baristas are very knowledgeable and pleasant, especially Callie and Chris. Even though this location can be busy, I’ve always been pleased with the accuracy of my order.

This Starbucks is NOW terrible! The original crew seems to have all left. They had a previous location in the center next door and the manager and her crew were the best! When this new location opened they were all there. In the last month the crew n manager has changed. All the new employees are rude and slow. I work in the same shopping center and go there daily. I will not be going there again. The staff is rude, the drinks are terrible and the place is dirty. Bathrooms are disgusting. I’ll be reaching out to their district manager regarding this location.

The Google hours listed are incorrect. The restaurant is open from 5 am to 8 pm Monday through Thursday, and from 5 am to 11 pm on Friday through Sunday, with the drive-thru open until 11 pm. The lobby closes at 9 pm.

I was visiting family out of town and went to the drive-thru yesterday. I believe the employee's name was JJ, and he was very helpful. He was sweet, informative, and patient with my indecisiveness when ordering. JJ recommended a drink that I had never tried before, and it was amazing. He made me feel comfortable and not like a burden for taking my time with the order. He had a great laugh and a friendly smile. Overall, it was a fantastic experience while visiting out of town.
