Feedback gevenToday was my worst experience at the Oceanside Blvd Starbucks! I ordered my drink, but another customer ended up holding onto it while waiting for their other drinks to be completed. When that customer received their drinks, they put my drink down. I requested for it to be remade, but I was met with a rude response from one of the Starbucks employees who claimed that they hadn't drunk out of it. I observed them closely, and it was not reassuring. They refused to make me a new one, stating that they were busy making drinks and not watching customers. This was very unsanitary, especially considering the current COVID-19 situation. I am unsure if the previous customer tampered with the drink before putting it back. This experience was very unprofessional and disappointing. I am hesitant to visit this location again. management needs to address this issue.
Biggest JOKE of a Starbucks in history. They covered the outlets so you cannot charge! The staff make some LAME excuse as to why. Clueless girls here just horrible
They covered all the outlets in the building so there is no where to charge devices. If you are some like me that goes to study, go somewhere else and spend your money at a less greedy location.
The restaurant had extremely slow service. The establishment appeared dirty and the employees were constantly on their phones. Overall, not a good experience.
Their mobile order pick up in the morning is absolute chaos and if you’re looking for somebody friendly or happy to ask if your mobile order is ready this is not the right place to go. I’ve been here numerous times. This is not just a one off.
