Brian's 24 - Oceanside-Escondido

First time in San Diego, followed the reviews and we were very disappointed. Definitely not worth the money. Drinks were overpriced half cups of ice with no flavor. Waited 45 min for overcooked food. Don’t know if guy waiting on tables was the owner but he acted like he could care less. Cool aesthetic but unfortunately food and staff was huge let down.

Vibes were good. Service was friendly. However, my family of 3 did not eat well here. We ordered the chicken and waffles and were pleased by the presentation but the food itself was inedible to us. The waffles tasted like frozen waffles I'd feed to kids at home and the chicken tasted like a local Chinese spot's. Not a good combination for a chicken and waffle mixture. Not sure if many people enjoy mixing syrup with Chinese chicken. We personally did not. We tried hard to eat as much as we could but could not get through our meal. My family came in hungry and left hungry.

Not great. Service was fine, food was unique but poorly executed.

Sat down for breakfast at the bar. server ignored me. she helped a bigger party. i was really hungry so i walked out and left before ordering anything.
