Joanies Blue Crab Cafe - OCHOPEE

This restaurant is a fantastic choice for fried seafood. I tried the grouper basket and their daily special, deep fried Asiago cheese grit balls. The ambiance was wonderful and I would definitely recommend checking this place out at least once.

Amazing food and service ????????? THE PLACE To stop while crossing the Everglade. ???? Unique place with a lot to see and read, decoration made of souvenirs from the owners, really interesting and fun. ???? The menu is what you expect from such a uniqueplace: Crab, Alligator, Grouper,... The Staff is really welcoming and we enjoyed our time, really wish to go again to trysomething different from the menu. ????Everything was delicious and tasty, not to greasy, really important when super hotoutside. ?????Hope they display our 5$ from Quebec/Canada on their wall with all the other's.

We made a quick stop for coffee at this restaurant. The staff went above and beyond, brewing a fresh pot just for us. The menu offered a great selection of dishes. The ambiance and decor were captivating.

I took some friends out for a birthday lunch at Joanie's and we all agreed it was the perfect spot. The food was absolutely fantastic and the restaurant had a unique and eclectic atmosphere, especially the men's restroom.

Good little side of the road place. Only one server doing it all, excellent service and no wait at all to sit down for lunch. Grab a beer and take a seat out on the porch. Menu is as expected for the area, great stop after a tour or exploring BigCypress.
