5 Lounge Grill - Ocoee

I wanted to celebrate my man's birthday on the bar 5. I have booked a reservation on an open table for six. When we arrived, we could only sit 4 on one table and 2 on another. they advertised on their website live jazz music, but there was no jazz music. there was a very limited brunch menu, we stood up and went.

The service was not very good. My boyfriend and I left after two hours without having eaten. It took a long time to have our order taken and they were out of several items. The last straw was two hours in when a manager accidentally canceled our order when trying to make a substitution. Epic fail on date night!

Food was very good. Music was awesome. It appeared that the service staff was in training. But overall, they were friendly and very attentative. The food order came quickly after the order. We really enjoyed the evening there.

Great food and atmosphere! I will be returning in the future

Extremely long wait, unorganized, music was way too loud, and the taste of the food was not worth the several hour wait. Granted they had parties, but if they cannot properly manage the volume of customers, then it would be a good idea to close off date availability options when they are hosting large events. They were very apologetic and discounted the meal, but I still will not be returning.
