Feedback gevenI'm not trying to leave any bad reviews. However, I just left this restaurant (7:50)...extremely poor customer service. The young lady who took the order was very unprofessional, rude and in need of customer service training. If they do not do anything about their terrible attitude, bad communication skills and lack of professionalism, they will lose business.
Every time I come to this place 30 minutes before they close. They've shut down everything. You're driving. It's either their system is down and they can't process orders or their system is down and they can't process credit cards, just cash. If you don't want to honor the time you should open, put it on you. I can understand 1 to 2 times, your system is down, but every time I get there on the way from work, arrival 30 minutes before it closed. She system is always down for 1 thing or another
That's the worst. They advertise a $1 bacon cheese burger but it was dry and tasted like cardboard. Maps Website suggested Dine in, but only drive thru open.
On a Friday nite restaurant had two workers running the restaurant long line orders wrong no mgmt On site shame on mgmt but kudos to the two workers that there was best
Not only was my Whopper cold. My fries were old and when I advised her that the fries were old she argued that they were fresh and they were not. I was told to pull up and it took 8 minutes to bring me new fries and the place was not even busy. Also I had to beep my horn for 4 minutes at the drive-thru window for her to come back. 310pm 12/18/20
