This restaurant is excellent. The owners are family-oriented and genuinely care about their customers. The food is delicious and made from scratch. You absolutely have to try their cookies. To anyone who labels them as racist, I think you should reconsider. First of all, what does it mean to be an American if we can't express our opinions? Secondly, during my visit, I saw no signs of racism despite looking for any such behavior. I’m really tired of a culture where everyone gets a participation trophy while we forget those who sacrificed for our country. Put on your big boy pants and enjoy those cookies! Unless you've had a genuinely bad experience, please refrain from posting a negative review. Ratings should reflect experiences, not personal beliefs.

We ordered two country-fried steaks and a whole fried chicken made from white meat. The food arrived promptly and was absolutely delicious. The waitress was attentive and made sure our sweet tea was always filled. My wife was pleasantly surprised to find that her whole white meat chicken consisted of three large breasts. We highly recommend this restaurant!

I've visited this restaurant frequently, and the food is simply outstanding. I especially enjoy the Texas French toast with strawberries, and the smoked chicken is phenomenal, with an unbeatable crispy skin. This place definitely deserves a spot on Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives. I’ve noticed that many reviews here seem to be from individuals who have never actually dined here and may have personal grievances against the owner. Update: Most of the negative reviews you’ll find are from people who’ve never experienced the food here; they stem from political disagreements with the owner. It’s clear to see the motivations behind these comments. If you love America, consider supporting this business.

My son is 9 and I wanted to find a place to eat, and he is absolute, but this is the best place we ever love the food. They make everything fresh, the French pommes are the best their sandwich were big macaroni and cheese was great. I admit that they work on the decoration and it definitely needs it. are not afraid of the appearance of this place is worth the chance and you will love the food. And the service was perfect, they are the nicest people. Do not fit this restaurant up it is fantastic.

We went there yesterday July 4th 2016 on a recommendation from a river guide, friendly staff and great food , didn't know anything about any signs the owner made or didn't make , don't really care!! the food and staff was great. The homemade brownies were wonderful. I had no indication of anybody in the restaurant being racist or bigots.
