The service at this point is really declining. On several occasions, if we have ordered the delivery, the subs will not be marked at all, no straws for our drinks and no napkins. At least the subs still taste good. But as far as the service goes, it is not good at all. Update 7. May 2022 The service was better night and day. The last 3 to 4 times we ordered from here everything was great.

Before I made it out of the door with my order, a very friendly employee named Tory (sorry, if I spell it wrong) stopped me when they were not sure whether they got sharp paprika on my sub or not. They corrected the problem and got hot peppers on my sub! I have a very good customer service from Tory, which I never got at another JJ location, thank you!

This Jimmy John’s is relatively new to Oconomowoc and I’m glad they chose this place as we needed a better option than just subway! The food quality is great, very cheap and quickly prepared. This location is always clean with a attentive and friendly staff. The dining room is not huge, but it seems as if most orders go, so it does not seem much of a problem. It can do a lot during lunch and dinner time, but the waiting time is never inappropriate.

Jimmy John's is a weekly meal for us at this point. This week a mistake happened on one of the sandwiches that we ordered, and picked up, and the folks there actually immediately made the right sandwich and DELIVERED it in about 10 minutes! Most impressive!!
