Lake House Cafe - Oconomowoc

Always thought Lake House Cafe was a nice breakfast place, but tried the baked fish on Friday...was delicious, and included baked potato to perfection, yummy homemade coleslaw, roll, and tasty cup of clam chowder soup. Husband had an awesome burgerwith great fries... friendly waiter.

Very happy for the Owner?s success. Additional breakfast options in Oconomowoc are welcomed and this place delivers! Similar the the famed Lumber Inn in Delafield with a shorter wait on a weekend morning. This will no doubt change as the word continues tospread. The location is in a former fast food restaurant, but do not let that deter you. Cafe atmosphere with excellent seatingand beautiful tables. My lumberjack skillet was top notch and the toast was thick and appeared homemade. Get there and supportthis business today.

The food here is absolutely delicious! I've tried a variety of dishes and have always been satisfied. Their corned beef hash is incredible—it's made with real corned beef and potatoes, so there's no mushiness at all. My whole family loves the pancakes too! Give this place a try, and I promise you'll keep coming back!

I ordered the Cinnamon Roll French Toast, and it was delicious. Our waiter, Jose, was extremely friendly and impressive; he didn't need to write anything down, showcasing his remarkable memory. He truly deserves his tip!
