Taqueria 504suazo's - Ocracoke

Absolutely delicious! We arrived in Ocracoke at 10:15 and headed to this restaurant for breakfast/lunch at 10:30. There was outdoor seating available, and we didn't have to wait at all. The food was so amazing that we even stopped on our way back from the island because our preschooler wanted more of the quesadilla! We ordered the carne asada burrito, chorizo pollo tacos, Ocracoke quesadilla, and a regular cheese quesadilla. Everything was tasty, served quickly, and incredibly affordable. I highly recommend this place!

While visiting the lighthouse of the area, you can get a little hungry, never fear Tacos are nearby! 504 is around the corner and offers some food trucks to eat! You're on the coast, so don't do the burger, go for Tacos! Fish or shrimp! 10 mice gets a lot of food, 3 fat-laden tacos with tons of taste! Nice short place in the snack while on the go for breakfast lunch or dinner!

Very delicious chicken, very delicious EVERYTHING. Totally recommend to stop by this place and try it. They have a picnic area where you can sit, or you can just call ahead and take out. I love the small salsas they give with the food and the chorizo is sooo yummy

I had the best non-seafood meal on Ocracoke, and it came from a Taqueria food truck. I highly recommend trying any meat on the Mais Tortilla taco. The chicken was excellent, but the steak was phenomenal—perfectly marinated and cooked. If you’re not a huge fan of authentic Mexican cuisine, you should definitely try the Chimichanga; it's fantastic. The Torta was also spot-on. The crema, along with both green and red salsas, was delicious—everything was top-notch. Please don’t overlook this place just because it’s busy or not a local favorite yet, like Eduardo's. It’s truly that good. Right after finishing my meal, I ordered the same thing for my family to enjoy later that night. Go there!
