Our family here was a new breeding place in the heart of Odense. La Lou Vinbar, which is now also cooking after they have moved to their new address. Rare I have experienced so amazing somewhere. To visit Lalou is a documentary about the passion for cuisine and host cabinet. From the moment we entered the door, we felt welcome. The menu card is dynamic, and builds on heart heat dishes made on the best ingredients, as well as fantastic products from the best places in Europe. Out of the many flavors were among other things a homemade Chorizo, stopped in the morning, with the hoof from Pata Negra a great experience, With danger of writing a novel, I can short tell nothing on the menu disappointed. My eater has a few things he actually enjoys eating outside the traditional Danish kitchen, but also he enjoyed all dishes. Also the wine card is almost alive. We dream of a few exciting experiences of local Italian grapes, and a good glass of Barolo to finish. The amazing people at work made sure that our glasses were constantly filled with new taste experiences, and finally the wine we had dreamed in the whole evening. The art to let the guest be in focus, and read their needs from entrance to exit is a raisity. However, it lives in the best in Lalou. Lalou is for my loved ones with eaters and I myself, the definition of what we dream about when we go out. A combination of tradionel Art de Cuisine, heart variant passion for good raw materials, and host cabinet as the Michelin Guide has abandoned to find in Denmark.
