Feedback gevenI had the worst experience at Burger King. I ordered a sandwich, and the first one they gave me was cold. When I asked for a hot sandwich, the one they provided was scalding hot—I could hardly take it out of the wrapper. To make matters worse, I'm three and a half months pregnant and can't eat cold deli meat. Not only did I leave hungry, but I also felt like I was treated with attitude while I was trying to get my meal.
We had lunch here last Friday and it was fantastic. The Whoppers were fresh and the fries were served piping hot. Lisa always welcomes us like old friends, making us feel right at home—she's truly an asset to Burger King. Everything seemed to run smoothly behind the counter, unlike some other locations I've visited. The restaurant was also very clean. Overall, it was a delightful experience.
I placed my order through the app and went through the drive-thru to pick it up. They handed me my drinks first, but after a five-minute wait, they gave me someone else's order. It seemed they forgot to make mine, so I ended up waiting another five minutes. When my order finally arrived, the Whopper was messy, included items I had requested to omit, and the fries were cold. Overall, it was a frustrating experience and felt like a waste of money.
Terrible experience. Food was incorrect, cold and took over 10 to make. They only had 3 people working and never greeted anyone at the counter. Would avoid at all costs unless you have time to waste and want incorrect food.
A manager and 2 employees sitting in the dining room not working. Not telling people that drive up they are closed. All the lights left on 2 hours before they were supposed to close. If you close due to staffing or whatever fine but make an effort totell people if your just going to sit there. Do your job.
