The bacon is served cold, while the sausage is reheated on the grill to make it appear freshly cooked. Almost everything else seems to be microwaved, aside from the eggs and meat. I speak Greek, and throughout the day, I overheard the staff making negative comments about their customers—complaining about how they believe they are foolish and expressing disdain for Americans. The condition of their cooking utensils was downright disgusting. Given all of this, I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone, as I would be concerned about food safety.
As for the food, it was excellent! I ordered a three-egg sausage omelet, accompanied by grits, toast, and coffee, and it was delicious. The prices were also very reasonable. I will definitely be coming back more frequently for breakfast or lunch, as they are not open for dinner. P.S. I’m the guy wearing the Swamp Dragons baseball cap (not the Shrimp Dragons)! Looking forward to my next visit!
