Volcano - Odessa

I didn't really like sushi in the past but one time my husband and I decided to try this place and now we come almost every week!! I love the sunset roll and volcano salad. The plate presentation is great and, most importantly, the flavor is delightful. The fish isn't overcooked and the combination of ingredients is perfect. Thank you, chefs. I hope the quality never changes. I went to volcano in Midland, order exactly the same thing, and it was nothing compared to here.

Fresh, delicious, personal service and food. Was there on Valentine's, having forgot it was Valentine's Day. Fresh floral and balloons and the best (genuine) sushi in the Basin hands down. The dinner plates are but the presentation and attention to detail is so worth a quarterly treat!

The food here is amazing! They have great prices too and a bunch of selections. I posted pic of their menu. I hope y'all enjoy eating here as much as me and my family. Very good food. Quiet place to relax and enjoy tranquility. Definitely recommend. The sushi is the best all around.

This was the first time I came and was given a good first impression. The service was great and the alcohol was different but enjoyable also, I loved the atmosphere. will definitely come again !

Had a first date here tonight, and it was fantastic. The place was clean, the waiter was very helpful and kind, and the food was delicious. I highly recommend the Rainbow Pizza. So good. And in case anyone is curious, the date went very well, and there will be a second.
