Union Oye - Oersta

Scenic environment, designed by a tasteful hotel and very friendly staff.

We had an unbelievable stay at the Union Oye, following its post-renovation reopening. Yes, the hotel is gorgeous with amazing rooms and beautiful common areas but the staff really made our experience unforgettable. The staff at Union Oye are above and beyond, highly professional and so so friendly. From everyone at the front desk, to the servers, to the bartender Kim who is a literal bartending GENIUS you all are so special. We hope to be back!!

This restaurant is like the charming Romantic Road in Germany. The historical location is beautiful and there were great personalities present. It is a must-visit spot. The hotel is easy to find and the receptionist can provide guests with all the information they need. Don't forget to take some beautiful pictures around the area.

A few days after the reopening, my party and I had lunch at this restaurant. We had preordered reservations and were thrilled by the breathtaking view and beautiful dining room. The service was exceptional, especially from the sommelier, who took the time to serve us as he wasn't too busy for lunch. The food was also excellent. We particularly enjoyed the tomato salad starter, calves, fish and pasta main dishes, and the cheese plate and ice desserts. They are gradually increasing the number of available tables as they bring on more staff, so we hope to return soon. Highly recommended.

This restaurant is a fantastic spot for lunch! The cuisine was tasty and beautifully plated. The ambiance of the dining area was enchanting, complimented by a stunning view.
