Steak N Shake - O'Fallon

Waited 15 minutes in line 5 other cars got their food and when it came for my order, I was told that they register problems. He waited another 15 minutes and would not respond to the Intercom after several attempts. Thanks for wasting my whole lunchtime!

The food was fresh, I always give a 4, because there is always room for improvement.

It was refreshing to visit Steak-n-Shake again. I'm glad they're open again!

I ordered 2 meals a bacon steak burger no pickle no mustard and chicken strips. I have all the way home and what you know, mustard on my burger. I hate mustard I tried to wipe it off, but still the sour can taste it. The burger was so salty and I threw away the whole burger. I didn't go back to O'fallon and live in Belleville. Happy child like the chicken strips. Just reason I gave 2 stars Oh and I liked my strawberry milk shake. It only proves why I hate fast food.

Tried only their shakes here. Vanilka was great but the cotton candy one was severely lacking and tasted like chemicals instead of any actual flavor. Only made it a quarter of the way through. Shake cup on cotton candy wasnt even filled up all the way. They also store their stores color scheme and alotnof menu items from a place called freddys famous for steakburgers as well and serve frozed custard instead of shakes mainly. Really weird unless they are affiliated
