Steak 'n Shake - O’Fallon

The girls at the drive-thru are incredibly sweet. They apologized several times for the wait on my order, which was only six minutes. Bambi was particularly friendly and even chatted with me while I waited for my meal. It felt more like a gathering with friends than just a transaction with a stranger at the window. The staff at this location are wonderfully friendly and maintain a professional demeanor while being very approachable with customers. While they can be a bit slow at times, I've noticed that staffing levels have fluctuated in the past few weeks. Overall, this Steak ‘N Shake is definitely improving!

The experience was enjoyable, but there weren't enough servers to handle the busy period, as only one was on duty that day. However, she did an excellent job at our table.
