Mcallisters Deli - O'Fallon

The restaurant was clean and well-staffed. Placing an order was quick and easy! Our food arrived at the table hot and fresh. An employee came by our table at least three times to check if we needed drink refills or anything else. I was truly impressed!

Not a great experience. I ordered a four cheese melt, but it came without the melted cheese and on the wrong type of bread. Additionally, the tomatoes I requested were missing. Although they did correct the order after we drove back, the staff seemed quite annoyed and didn't offer any apologies.

This used to be my favorite restaurant, but the service has really declined. I didn’t receive what I ordered for the second time now. The four cheese grill had just a tiny piece of cheese on it, and instead of the black olives I requested, I received no toppings at all. It’s frustrating how often they’re out of menu items. We ordered steamed broccoli, but instead got broccoli with cheese, which I don’t even think is on the menu! Unfortunately, I’d recommend steering clear of Shiloh MacAlisters.

We visited this location recently. We ordered a kids meal and 2 adult meals. It took almost an hour for our food to come out. The cashiers were continuously taking orders even though no food was coming out. The man running orders did nothing but set out online orders. A young lady came on shift and finally started running orders to lobby customers. Our food was cold which tells me it was probably sitting for a while. The lady who brought our food was rude. For the price of their food they need to do better.

The Shilo location sucks. Waited 45 mins for order, had to go back because they forgot a drink, then they gave us broccoli instead of broccoli cheese soup that we paid for. Didn't realize that until we got home.
