Sushi Ai - O'Fallon

This restaurant offers excellent sushi, especially considering their business model, which features an all-you-can-eat option at a very reasonable price. The salmon was fantastic, the spicy tuna was delicious, and everything I tried was very good. Overall, I give the food a perfect rating of 5 out of 5.

This quaint sushi place is our go to . The sushi is fresh and flavorful with a good ratio of rice to stuffing (so you can fit a whole pice in your mouth). It does get busy around dinner time, so expect a short wait. The Volcano roll is one of our favorites, not too spicy. When dining in, the display or presentation of sushi is very interesting, beautiful, well-thought out. The staff is very friendly, attentive, and speaks very good ESL.

We spent over $70 on lunch, and it was disappointing. We ended up throwing away more than half of our meal. It started with the salad, which had a large hair in it. We ordered three different sushi rolls, and they all tasted like the ingredients were from a can. The calamari was excessively chewy and clearly not freshly made. Overall, we were very unhappy and won't be ordering from here again.

The Gyoza and the Steak Fried Rice is absolutely amazing. Food gets to the table fast and every worker is friendly and does a great job. Fair priced foodFood: 5/5

I walked in there with my mom Friday with 4-5 weeks between visits, and our waiter told us where we sat during that previous visit and exactly what we ordered! We were quite impressed. Service here is always quick, and their sushi is great!Food: 5/5
