Ihop - Ogden

Visited this location on Thanksgiving evening today as it is one of the only restaurants open. There was no wait time and I was immediately seated by a friendly employee. I didn't catch his name but it was a younger guy wearing braces. He was so friendly and helpful. Within 10 minutes of taking my order my food was ready. More than 30 minutes past my scheduled pick up time and the lady who took 12 minutes to make 4 identical milkshakes tried to kick me out for being annoyed while the customers food was getting cold because of 4 milkshakes

Usually get really great service here but if you get Jennasy as your server you should just leave. I think a half frozen wasp has more energy. I'm not taking stars off because it's usually great but just be warned. If you get her you won't get any coffee and your milkshake will be totally melted.

Always delicious!! Especially their strawberries and creme crepes.....

This is the most incompetent restaurant I have encountered. Don't order a to go or delivery order from them, they cannot handle it and you will never get what you ordered.
