The last time I came here, my cappuccino was still so hot 5-10 minutes later that it burned my mouth and gave me blisters. It's not the first time it's been too hot, but it is the first time it's given me blisters IN MY MOUTH. (Yes it's gross) Be careful friends. On October 11, 2023, I visited the Starbucks drive-thru and ordered just one coffee that cost around $7. I used a gift card with $5 on it and provided my debit card to cover the remaining balance. I noticed I didn’t receive a receipt but didn’t think much of it at the time. However, when I checked my bank account today, I found that they charged the full amount to my debit card and kept my gift card. It’s clear now why the cashier didn't give me a receipt or ask if I wanted one. I attempted to reach out to Starbucks support for assistance, but they were unhelpful, and their responses took forever. Unfortunately, this was a complete waste of my time with no resolution.
