Subway - Ogden

This subway is the only one I found last year or so that carries the veggie patty! Staff were human and polite and had a great attitude. The only problem was that their toaster machine was broken, so if you are only prepared for it in the next few months. They worked around them and only alleviated Veggie Patty for me. Because they wear the veggie patty, this is my new favorite subway location!

Awesome. My sandwich (meatball marinara 6 inch on flatbread) kept giving me troubles today. Normally my sandwiches at subway or any other place or at my home do not do that. The meatballs kept falling out of the sandwich (normally my sandwiches do not do that like i said but when i went after covering a shift for a coworker at smiths on 40th on 10/15/2021 it made an exception) but oh well. It was good though. Thanks for the services

The only reason I gave this place 4 out of 5 stars is because of a female employee who was labeling the finished sandwiches while a teenage boy was wrapping them. She stood there watching him, and while they were joking and making sandwiches, she marked all of them incorrectly. She seemed short-tempered and irritated with us. When I made my payment, I asked whether the tap option worked on the card reader, and she almost demanded to know how much I would be tipping, which felt a bit aggressive. I’m definitely someone who leaves a tip and had already planned to do so, but her attitude made me uncomfortable. She hadn’t helped with any of the three sandwiches, yet she marked them all wrong. The card reader itself prompts you to choose whether you'd like to tip and asks how much, so her request came across as somewhat rude. Other than this one encounter with that staff member, the Subway in South Ogden is excellent.

Metro is an excellent dining option because you can always count on the quality and flavor of the food, even before you arrive. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of this subway location. The restrooms were well-maintained and well-stocked. The tables were wiped down, and although there were a few mosquitoes, it didn’t detract from the experience. They were busy baking bread, filling the air with a delightful aroma. Everything was fresh and delicious.

I'm a huge fan of Subway! It has so many great qualities and offers a lot to appreciate in a restaurant. The staff is friendly, the food tastes great, and prices are reasonable. Overall, it’s the best sandwich shop around!
