Taco Bell - Ogden

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant thanks to Anthony. He was incredibly friendly and went out of his way to ensure my order was taken care of. I don't usually write reviews for fast food places, but I felt it was important to recognize his exceptional service. He definitely deserves a raise! For takeout during lunch, my meal was priced between $10 and $20.

I recently ordered their Crunchwrap, Crunchy Taco, and Soft Taco Supreme, and each dish exceeded my expectations. The flavors were fantastic, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. The service was exceptional—quick and friendly, making my takeout experience smooth and enjoyable. The atmosphere of the restaurant was inviting, even though I was taking my meal to go. Overall, this place is definitely worth a visit if you're in the mood for tasty tacos!

For a Taco Bell on a weeknight, I’m giving this location a solid 5 stars. The cashier and staff were friendly, and the food was fresh, decent, and accurate. They even have five different kinds of sauces now—how great is that? Really, what more can you ask for? I’m just thankful for a hot meal, and I appreciate them catering to truckers. I'm here, right now, there is one single solitary employee; she's cooking and taking orders while maintaining sanitation and cleanliness. And she's doing it with a smile and courtesy. This girl deserves a raise.

Worst service imaginable! Asked for the manager multiple times only to wait, finally Kelsie comes to the window after they had missed my order and not made it properly and I was told to come back, they failed to document me as a customer. Very rude at the window and the girl on the headset was also very distracted and all over the place. I wouldn't go back there if I had too. For taco Bell's remake policy and customer policy that they pride themselves on and have written in multiple restaurants, this place doesn't care or give any concerns for their customers or the quality of services they provide their customers one bit. Not only was I going to get my order replaced but I was ordering additional food. It was 2 simple bean burrito to be replaced. Ridiculous! So I ended up cancelling my order and now I'm taking time out of my busy schedule to write a review. Very unhappy with the way I was treated at this restaurant.
