It is firm, but not overpowering, and I can enjoy it at any time. The fried rice is also delicious with a nice texture and flavor. The restaurant is spacious and comfortable to dine in. If you want to have a guaranteed delicious tonkotsu ramen, be sure to try the simple version here!
There is a sign for fried rice on a road I occasionally pass by, but I never imagined it to be a ramen shop that looks so old and with a small parking lot. Maybe if they change the sign to a clean exterior and feature their fried rice dish, they might attract more customers. I feel like they are missing out with that sign. The average customer spend is around 1,000 yen, but if a man eats heartily, it can go up to 1,500 yen. It's about 25km one way from my house, but whenever I feel like having ramen, I drive there.
I had ramen for the first time in Kyushu. I ordered a ramen with seasoned egg and fried rice at a food stall. The first thing I noticed was that there was no pork bone smell in the soup. It was delicious and I could drink it all up because of the rich flavor of pork bone. The soup was clearly different from Kyushu pork bone ramen that I have had in the Kanto region. I asked for the noodles to be firm, but personally I recommend them to be softer. The fried rice was not too strong in flavor and went well with the ramen. I could tell that they intentionally differentiated it from regular fried rice, calling it "yakimeshi" instead of "chahan". I am still a novice and have not learned the differences between Hakata ramen and Kurume ramen, but it was a delicious ramen that was definitely worth trying. Thank you for the meal!
小郡にも清陽軒がありまして、私はここの味玉入り屋台仕込みラーメンが大好きです 唐揚げも外側カリッと中はジューシーで食感よし、味良しでセットで注文することが多いです!
